I've just spent the past month with the dreaded Sam Flu. What's Sam Flu you ask? Good question. Whatever it is it's been keeping me out of action for way too long. I've missed two entire weeks of work, plus 3 or 4 days either side of that. I've managed to spread the Sam Flu around (who says I never share anything?!) to most my friends and family. Basically everyone who's seen me since last Friday has come down with something (Sorry guys). Happy days..!
Anyway, I'm hoping to be well enough this week, as I am sick of being at sick, at home, and of my own company. I'll be attempting work from tomorrow morning, and try to keep up with an oddly busy social life all the way through to next Sunday..!
And because of this fun fun sickness, I've spent over $200 on doctor visits (most of which went back into my dads bank account thanks to rebates), with no outcome for my wellness! Never mind, everyone knows that rest and healthy eating is the best way of getting better! It almost worked! Anyhoo, its dinner time, then bed for me!
EXCITING LIFE!!
Fingers crossed for surviving this week.. Hope all is well out in the wide world of wacko wonders!

DSLR = Digital Single Lens Reflex, uses a digital sensor to take the photos and store it on a computer memory card.
Now the Single Lens Reflex bit comes into how the picture comes into the camera. When you take a photo you hear a clunk. That's a mirror moving up and down very quickly inside! When you're looking through the viewfinder and take a photo, it will go black during that time. That is because the mirror moves the image to the viewfinder normally, but when moved it lets the image hit the recording surface (being either film or a digital sensor).
But the fun part is you don't actually need to know any of that!!
But you have a DSLR if the above didn't make sense! So jealous.. I want one!!
